Adjustment of Type 2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts) Business Notice

In line with the adjustment of the Company's business strategy, JMC Capital International Limited, a subsidiary of JMC Capital Group, has decided to restructure our current operations under type 2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts) into an introducing broker model where we will no long provide any execution services for Dealing in Futures Contracts.

The effective date for relevant adjustments to our operations under type 2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts) regulated activities is on 31 July 2024 (the “Effective Date”). On the Effective Date, all accounts for type 2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts) regulated activities (“Type 2 Account”) with us will be closed and terminated.

This arrangement will enable the Company to more flexibly meet the needs of investors and clients, provide more diversified investment choices, thanks to the continuous support and trust from all sectors.
