We recently became aware that a website and application (the “Impersonating Application”) falsely impersonated the name, logo and branding of JMC Capital Group Limited and/or its subsidiaries (collectively, “JMC”, “we” or “us”). To our knowledge, the Impersonating Application was operated under the name of “富乔鑫资本有限公司” and “富乔鑫理财平台” and was assessable through the links set out in Note 1 herewith. The Impersonating Application was suspected for illegal fund raising activities in China.

We would like to clarify that this Impersonating Application has not been authorized or endorsed by JMC in any way. Please be informed that JMC has no affiliation with this Impersonating Application, and we strongly advise against sharing any personal or financial information through them or make any transaction with them. We are taking this matter very seriously and are currently working with relevant authorities to address this issue.

While the Impersonating Application and the links set out in Note 1 are now inaccessible, everyone should beware of websites with similar domain names which may be continuously created. We encourage everyone to exercise caution when interacting online and to verify the authenticity of anyplatform claiming to represent JMC. The official JMC websites and applications (please refer to Note 2) are the only authorized platforms for information and transactions related to our company.
